PHC's experienced engineers will work with the customer to design a high-quality, precision-engineered product at the lowest achievable cost.  PHC can also produce to customer designs and specifications where required.  Throughout the product life-cycle we offer full support and development aiming to deliver continuous improvement.  Maximum use of PHC's extensive range of current production designs provides volume cost benefits and short development lead times.

Quality

All of PHC manufacturing facilities have, or are in the process of achieving, ISO accreditation. PHC works to strict manufacturing and quality specifications to achieve a consistent standard of output and all cylinders meet industrial standards for cleanliness.  PHC maintains a close relationship with its supply chain partners to ensure built-in quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.

All sites operate a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning suite of software which streamlines the processes from order entry and shop floor scheduling through to final accounts.  This gives PHC complete visibility and control allowing us to work efficiently and effectively.
